“Let there be an opening into the quiet that lies beneath the storm,

where you find the peace you did not think possible and see what shimmers within the storm” John O-Donohue

How I work:

I believe the core qualities of a therapist are acceptance, being non-judgmental, unconditional positive regard and empathy. The first stage of the process is about building trust. We start with an initial assessment to explore what brings you to therapy and to see if we can work together. We discuss what you would like from therapy, what your needs are and explore possible goals and visions for the future.

The next stage is the therapeutic journey working towards greater awareness and acceptance of yourself, your life and others. We may uncover blocks, unhelpful patterns and limiting self-beliefs that prevent you from feeling and experiencing the fullness of life. Therapy can be transformative and at times challenging. It is an opportunity to bring about change in your life and as with any process, this may take time.

I recommend weekly sessions for clients. If this is not possible due to work or personal commitments, we can discuss other options.

My fees start at £95 for hourly sessions. Longer sessions are available and are charged at a pro-rara rate. I do offer concessionary rates.
